TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automated email with your tracking information.

NEW ZEALAND

Orders take 4-7 days to process as we do a quality check beforehand. We then ship it from our overseas warehouse and deliver it to you within 6-12 business days AFTER YOU HAVE RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF SHIPMENT VIA EMAIL (Monday through Friday, not including weekends & holidays) within NZ.

Standard orders are processed when credit card authorization and/or bank deposit has cleared. Admin and shipping are done Monday-Friday.  
All orders placed on Friday after 1:00 p.m. will be processed on the following Monday. We charge $9 for non-rural shipping within New Zealand for a tracked courier. Rural is charged at $12 within New Zealand for a tracked courier. Free delivery on orders above $99 NZD.

 AUSTRALIA

For our customers in Australia, a flat shipping rate of AUD$13 is applicable for all orders. Free delivery on orders over $99AUD. Once dispatched your order may take up to 15 business days to arrive.
We will try our best to get your item to you as fast as we can. 

INTERNATIONAL

 For our customers in Canada, a flat shipping rate of $13CAD is applicable for all orders. Free delivery on orders over $80CAD. Once dispatched your order may take up to 15 business days to arrive.  *Please note we currently have a cap of $800CAD for all orders to Canada.

  For our customers in USA, a flat shipping rate of $15USD is applicable for all orders. Free delivery on orders over $99USD. Once dispatched your order may take up to 15 business days to arrive.  *Please note we currently have a cap of $800USD for all orders to the USA.

Please note:

Orders over $250 may incur an insurance fee. Taxes or duty charges are to be paid by the recipient of the package, not LUANNA. When reordering an item from a return, full postage rates apply to return the item and for the reordered style.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.

In some cases, we may ship out your order in multiple parcels. Your confirmation email will contain the items shipped in each shipment. 

Christmas Deliveries: We recommend placing an order before the 1st December to ensure you get your parcels in time for the 25th December. After this date, we cannot guarantee it will arrive in time.

We are not responsible for late shipments due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures, inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters or carrier delays.

Sometimes unexpected delay is caused due to thorough inspection, out of stock issue, especially during high-volume periods.

If you don’t receive the parcel within this period, please contact us.

*Please contact us within 5 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our support team (info@luanna.com) will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
